PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp device of a steel pipe pile capable of eliminating the deformation of the steel pipe pile without being affected by the dimensions of the wall thickness and the diameter of the applicable steel pipe piles and reducing the deformation of the steel pipe pile in the diameter direction by distributing a force in three directions by extending one clamp cylinder. SOLUTION: In a steel pipe pile press-fitting and extracting machine 1 in which a clamp device 3 for the steel pipe pile is disposed on the lower side, movable claws 13a and 13b divided into two parts are fitted to the other end side of a clamp cylinder 15 formed integrally with a fixed claw 12 through an equalizer 16 to form the clamp device 3 for the steel pipe pile. When clamp cylinder 15 is extended, a reaction can be removed by clamping the steel pipe pile from the inside by inscribing the fixed claw 12 and two movable claws 13a and 13b against the steel pipe pile.
