PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a down pipe joint which is connected easily to an existing down pipe upon renovation of the edge of eaves. SOLUTION: The down pipe joint comprises a plurality of short pipes 1, 2, 3 having different pipe diameters. The short pipe 1 (2) having a smaller diameter is slidably inserted into the short pipe 2 (3) having a larger diameter, in sequence, to connect the end parts of the short pipes 1, 2, 3 to each other.
