PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition wall panel of a zig-zag stud and a structure of a partition wall of the zig-zag stud capable of exhibiting high soundproof efficiency even if the partition wall is formed by arranging a plurality of partition wall panels in the direction of the width to install. SOLUTION: The partition wall panels 1 and 2 are included in such a state that at least one stud 4 of the studs located on the side side ends does not come into contact with one of wall face materials 3. The zig-zag stud partition wall panels 1 and 2 are arranged in the direction of the width to install, and the two studs 4 and 4 located at the adjoining side ends of the adjoining partition wall panels 1 and 2 come into non-contact with one of the wall face materials 3.
