PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce volume of water filling the inside of a valve unit and reduce expansion of volume of water when freezing. SOLUTION: A water drain plug 5 is arranged on the halfway of a flow passage of a valve unit body 3, and a filtering part W formed by a porous body having a group of small holes composed of a plurality of small holes catching a solid in flowing water is provided in the water drain plug 5. A filtering part W composed of a substantial porous body is provided in the flow passage of the valve unit body 3.
