PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutoff structure which easily and positively achieves a water-cutoff state at a gap between an opening peripheral portion of a through hole formed in a draining board and an outer peripheral portion of a balcony arm inserted into the through hole. SOLUTION: According to the cutoff structure, a plurality of cutoff fittings 4 are arranged along the annular gap 6 between the opening peripheral portion of the through hole 2 and the outer peripheral portion of the balcony arm 3. Each cutoff fitting 4 has a base portion 7 and an erect portion 8, and a sealing member 5 is interposed between the cutoff fitting and the gap between the opening peripheral portion of the through hole 2 and the balcony arm 3. Then a conical recess 10 is formed in the opening peripheral portion of the through hole 2, and a conical projection 11 is formed on the base portion 7 of the cutoff fitting 4. Further, screw holes 12, 13 are formed in the conical recess 10 and the conical projection 11, respectively, and a screw 14 is inserted into the screw holes and clamped to fit the conical projection 11 and the conical recess 10 to each other, and the sealing member 5 is collapsed to thereby produce the cutoff state.
