PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method having extremely high practicality in terms of synthesis, by which a halogen-lithium exchange reaction industrially suitable for synthesizing a compound useful in the field of chemical industry, especially in the fields of medicine, agrochemical, liquid crystal, electrophotography, dye, and the like, is carried out at a low cost safely without using ultralow-temperature cooling facilities. SOLUTION: A halogen compound is reacted with an organolithium reagent by at least one continuous reactor to give a lithium compound represented by formula (1) (ring represented by A is an aromatic ring, a saturated ring, a partially saturated ring or a heterocyclic ring; Y is an electrophilic group), which is reacted with an electrophilic compound, if necessary, to give a compound represented by formula (II).
