PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for cleaning water quality of a live fish water tank capable of maintaining the purification of the water quality over a long period of time by decomposing excrement derived from living beings (mainly fishes and shellfishes) reared in the water tank and other filth (organic materials) by a synergistic decomposition action between an aerobic bacterial group coexisting in a bio liquid and bacteria. SOLUTION: Specific bacteria species of the genera Pseudomonas, Agrobacterium, and Aeromonas and the aerobic bacterial group coexisting in the bio liquid are made exist in the live fish water tank which mainly stocks and rears fishes and shellfishes in the presence of the activated enzyme bio liquid produced from a thick drip obtained when oyster meat is removed and waste water containing an oyster component, and these are activated. The excrement derived from the living beings reared in the live fish water tank, and other organic filth are synergistically decomposed by these bacteria. A fine particle of the filth as a contamination source, which is unable to clean by a conventional natural cleaning method, can be decomposed and extinguished by the bacteria.
