The invention relates to a heat insulating composite system comprising at least one insulating element consisting of mineral fibres that are soluble in a physiological medium. The composition of mineral fibres of the insulating element has an alkali/alkaline earth mass ratio of < 1 and the fibre structure of the insulating element is determined by a mean geometric fibre diameter < 4µm, an apparent density of between 40 and 100 kg/m<3>, and a binding agent part of between 4.5 and 7 wt. % in relation to the fibre mass of the insulating element.
