<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the disappearance and overflow loss of toner at the time of refilling the toner into a toner hopper of a toner image generating machine. <P>SOLUTION: A first end of a toner housing chamber 106 of a cylindrical shape in which the toner is housed is sealed by a sealing disk 108 and a second end is sealed by a rupturable thin film 110. The second end side is connected to a toner hopper and a piston 120 is pushed in from the first end side.
