PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of an image in an electric optical device. SOLUTION: A liquid crystal device is provided with TFTs(30) on TFT array substrates (10), first shield films (11b), data lines (6a), scanning lines (3a), capacitance lines (3b), and pixel electrodes (9a).
