TWO-COLOR MOLDED PRODUCT AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-color molded product made excellent in its appearance by reducing the transmission strain of a transparent part and preventing the inflow of a primary material to the transparent part and capable of ensuring the adhesive strength of the primary material and a secondary material, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The transmission strain of the transparent part 2 can be reduced without causing residual stress and deformation in the transparent part 2 by forming a frame part 3 from a first material and forming the transparent part 2 from a second material. Further, the ratio B/A of the flowing length A of the second material and the length dimension B of the laminated part of the first and second materials is set to 0.04 or above and the ratio of the length dimension C of the laminated part of the first and second materials along the injection orthogonal direction in the vicinity of a gate for the second material and the width dimension D of the gate for the second material is set to 0.3-0.8 to prevent the inflow of the first material to the transparent part 2.
