PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermally shrinkable film which has heat resistance, high shrinkability, especially high shrinkability at low temperatures, natural shrinking resistance, chemical resistance and scratch resistance in an excellent balance, and to provide a thermally shrinkable multi-layered film. SOLUTION: This thermally shrinkable film is obtained from a resin composition comprising an aromatic vinyl compound-conjugated block copolymer having a micro phase-separated comprising soft phases and hard phases, a syndiotactic styrene polymer, and the like in a specific ratio, and the thermally shrinkable multi-layered film.
