PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a transmission signal of the same frequency as a receiving frequency by following the receiving frequency and storing a received signal even when the receiving frequency fluctuates about a frequency reproducing device. SOLUTION: This frequency reproducing device comprises a frequency dividing means 2 for performing n-frequency dividing of a received signal by sequentially making the received signal sequentially go through two frequency dividers or more among a plurality of frequency dividers, a digital storing means 3 for storing the signal subjected to frequency dividing by the frequency dividing means, a multiplying means 4 for sequentially performing n-multiplication of a signal read from the digital storing means 3, and a control means 5 for variably controlling the n by changing a combination of frequency dividers for performing frequency dividing in the frequency dividing means and a combination of multipliers for performing multiplication in the multiplying means 4 in order to obtain the transmission signal in accordance with the frequency of the received signal.
