PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the production of chlorinated hydrogen due to the thermal degradation of a halogen-based resin at the time of elevated temperature to at least an equivalent level to a lead stabilizer, by replacing lead stabilizer of an environmental load with an added hydrotalcite-based compound although the production of chlorinated hydrogen due to the thermal degradation of a halogen-based resin was restrained by a thermostabilizer of a lead compound and it was used, in a composite magnetic material used at elevated temperature. SOLUTION: The composite magnetic material contains the hydrotalcite-based compound, halogen-based resin, a non-phthalic acid-based plasticizer, an inorganic-based flame retarder, and soft magnetism powder. Blending is performed at a proportion of halogen-based resin 100 pts.wt., non-phthalic acid-based plasticizer 90-100 pts.wt., hydrotalcite system compound 17-22 pts.wt., inorganic-based flame retarder 10-20 pts.wt., and soft magnetism powder 1,320-1,710 pts.wt. followed by kneading thereof and rolling.
