PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tack label for sealing with which unsealing property of a container does not fall even when an adhering position shifts to some degree in spite of having constitution of being fractured at a perforation part. SOLUTION: The tack label 1 is adhered to a round bottle container in order to discriminate whether the round bottle container, in which a mouth part of a container main body is opened/closed by a screw cap, is already opened or not. The tack label 1 is provided with a transparent label base material 11 and a transparent adhesion layer 12 laminated on a whole face of a rear face side of the label base material 11. When the tack label 1 is adhered onto the round bottle container, a transparent mask print layer 13 covering the adhesion layer 12 by predetermined width is formed at a region corresponding to the vicinity of a boundary part between a neck part of the container main body and the screw cap, further a display print layer 14 to which display for a campaign is performed is laminated on a surface side of the label base material 11 at a cap side adhesion part (α) to be adhered to the screw cap and perforations A1, A2 are respectively formed at an upper edge and a lower edge of the mask print layer 13.
