摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronous meshing mechanism with different operation from conventional ones. SOLUTION: Rollers 7 held by holding holes 61A, 61B of first/second dividing parts 6A, 6B capable of relatively rotating of a holder 6 are arranged between an engagement outer face part 21 of a driving rotation member 2 and an engagement inner face part 41 of a driven rotation member 4 with a gear. A relay member 8 having a gear 82 capable of engaging with the gear of the driven rotation member 4 is moved in the axial direction. Based on the engagement of pins 81 with variable width grooves 62, 63 formed between the dividing parts 6A, 6B of the holder 6, when the relay member 8 is on a first position in the axial direction, the rollers 7 are alienated from one of the engagement outer/inner face parts, when the relay member 8 is on a second position, the rollers 7 are made to contact with the both engagement outer/inner face parts at the both front/rear end parts in the circumferential direction, and when the relay member 8 is on a third position, the rollers 7 are alienated from one of the engagement outer/inner face parts. The relay member 8 comes from the first position to the second position and shortly after the relay member passes the second position, the gears 82, 42 start to engage with each other.
