PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and reliable fluid shutoff valve which is light in weight and excellent in layout property. SOLUTION: A fuel shutoff valve 11 is disposed in a fuel pipe 4 and shutoff fuel supply to an engine at the time of a vehicle overturn. The fuel shutoff valve 11 is equipped with a first valve chest 19a and a second valve chest 19b that are provided across a bending part 22. The valve chests 19a, 19b are respectively formed between valve hole portions 13a, 13b and stopper portions 15a, 15b and respectively houses balls 21a, 21b. The hole portions 13a, 13b are closed when the balls 21a, 21b are abutted on them, while the stopper portions 15a, 15b are not closed when the balls 21a, 21b are abutted on them. At the time of the vehicle overturn, the fuel pipe 4 fell over. When the vehicle turns over to the left, the ball 21a abuts on the hole portion 13a, and when the vehicle turns over to the right, the ball 21b abuts on the hole portion 13b, so that the valve hole 16 is closed, thus, stopping the fuel supply.
