PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring assembly reducing wear of a coil spring and providing stable multi stage characteristics even if torsional characteristics are made multi-stage. SOLUTION: The spring assembly 5 is provided with a first coil spring 51, a second coil spring 52 and a pair of spring seats 53. The second coil spring 52 is arranged on an inner circumference part of the first coil spring 51 and strand thereof is formed with uneven pitches. The pair of spring seats 53 is arranged on both ends of the first coil spring 51 with mutually facing. The pair of spring seats 53 includes a support part 53a and an engagement part 53b. The support part 53a supports the both end of the first coil spring 51 in a compression direction.
