PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a partition wall of zig-zag studs capable of facilitating the manufacture of panels used for forming the wall while it is a soundproof partition wall equipped with studs arranged in a zig-zag. SOLUTION: The partition wall of the zig-zag studs is so constituted that it is divided into one face side panel 2 equipped with the stud 6 and the other face side panel 3 also equipped with the stud 6 and that both divided panels 2 and 3 are combined with each other to arrange the studs 6 and 6 in a zig-zag.
