PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process of manufacturing a fluorine-containing elastomer using high pressure iodine transfer polymerization at a productivity as high as that of a non-iodine transfer polymerization, a fluorine-containing elastomer obtained by the process and a fluorine-containing molding. SOLUTION: The manufacturing process of a fluorine-containing elastomer is a batch copolymerization process conducted under the conditions of a reduced temperature of≥0.95 and a reduced pressure of≥0.80 of the critical constant calculated from the critical pressure, the critical temperature and the composition of each monomer in the gaseous phase in the reaction vessel using Peng-Robinson equation. Ethylenic unsaturated compounds containing at least one kind of fluoro-olefin are copolymerized in the presence of general formula: Rf×I<SB>x</SB>(wherein, Rf is a 1-16C saturated or unsaturated fluorohydrocarbon group or chlorofluorohydrocarbon group; x is the number of the bonding arms of Rf and an integer of not less than 1 and not more than 4).
