PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder cosmetic having excellent ultraviolet-shielding effects, good slip and spreadability at coating of the cosmetic, excellent moist feeling and excellent adhesion to the skin, and providing excellent persistence of makeup. SOLUTION: The powder cosmetic contains (a) 5-85 mass% organotitanate-coated powder, (b) 3-10 mass% 2-ethylhexyl p-methoxycinnamate and (c) an oil regulated so that [the content of the component (b)]/[the content of the component (b) + the content of the component (c)] may be≥0.3.
