PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holder for boxing in which the attachment/detachment of an annular lamp is easy and the lamp is hardly rocked and damaged even though the lamp is given a shock from the external when boxed, and a packing device using it. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a base 11 on which the annular lamp is mounted, a lamp restrictor 12 for regulating the movement in the horizontal direction of the annular lamp against the base 11 by being formed substantially perpendicularly against the base 11, and a pair of flaps 13 between which the annular lamp is put in the up-and-down direction between the bases 11 by being continued in the lamp restrictor 12, the pair of flaps 13 is contacted by being turned up mutually, the tip section 13a of the flap 13 turned up mutually is formed at least by two sides, 13a1 and 13a3, the two sides, 13a1 and 13a3, are forced to make about a right angle, the tip section 13a of the flap 13 is made to be the holder for boxing of the annular lamp arranged outside an outer peripheral edge portion of the lamp restrictor 12.
