PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot control device, for arising strong awareness of an operator to suppress unnecessary operation, and making a third party easily finding faulty operation. SOLUTION: The robot control device has a pendant 2 for operating a robot 1, a means 5 for inputting identification information of the operator, and a robot control panel 3 for controlling the robot 1 based on a set operating condition. The robot control device further has an editing portion storage part 9 for storing an editing portion of the operating condition edited by the operator in association with the identification information.
