PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine equipped with an ashtray function means capable of restricting use of the ashtray without requiring complicated work such as taping. SOLUTION: Rotary shafts 10, 10 in both right and left sides of an ashtray member 9 are pivotally supported by bearing parts 8a, 8a of a ball receiving tray 8. A condition wherein a positioning projecting part 9b formed in a side face of the ashtray member 9 is fit into a first positioning recess part 8b formed in the ball receiving tray 8 is retained in an ashtray usable condition wherein an ash receiving recess part 9a is upward opened. A condition wherein the positioning projecting part 9b formed in the side face of the ashtray member 9 is fit into a second positioning recess part 8c formed in the ball receiving tray 8 is retained in an ashtray unusable condition wherein an ash receiving recess part 9a is downward opened. In the ashtray unusable condition, the ashtray member 9 is made hardly returned to the ashtray usable condition by a player by fixing the ashtray into the ashtray unusable condition by extending the end part of a screw 12 screwed into a screw hole 8d in the ball receiving tray 8 into a second fixing recess part 9d in the ashtray member 9.
