PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To seal a mating surface of a three-dimensional case and a cover of a belt type continuously variable transmission. SOLUTION: A transmission case 40 which is a case main body is covered by a transmission cese cover 401 and an actuator cover 58. A mating surface of the actuator cover 58 and the transmission case and a mating surface of the transmission case cover 401 and the transmission case 40 has level difference. A mating surface of the actuator cover 58 and the transmission case 40 forms a scroll chamber of a water pump. A rubber seal 120 is put between mating surfaces of the three-dimensional actuator cover 58 and the transmission case 40. Since the seal 120 is provided with projection 124, 125 fitting with a recess part formed on the actuator cover 58, slippage of position does not occur even if the seal 120 is pulled for hanging a hook part 128a.
