PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an L-carnitine compression molded product having moisture absorption resistance and deliquescence resistance for a long period, while containing the L-carnitine in a high content, and having enough tablet hardness. SOLUTION: This L-carnitine compression molded product contains the L-carnitine, an oily component, a vehicle, and a lubricant, wherein the compression molded product contains an L-carnitine powder which is composed of 60-90 wt% of the powdered L-carnitine and 10-40 wt% of the oily component having a melting point of≥40°C, of which the surfaces are coated with the oily component, and which has an average particle diameter of 10 to 1,000μm in an amount of 11-67 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the molded product.
