PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible resin wire material that can prevent lens damages, such as chipping and cracking of a peripheral edge of a lens held in a rim, and effectively decorate the rim. SOLUTION: The flexible resin wire material in a linear shape, which are mounted on the internal-surface side 5 of the metallic rim 3 holding the lens 2, has a support piece 9 which covers an annular groove 6, formed on the inner peripheral surface of the rim in a closely contact state. On the inner-surface side of the support piece 9, a support groove 7 of nearly the same shape as that of the annular groove 6 is provided. On both the sides of the support piece 9, decorative side pieces 12 and 12 are projected on both the surfaces 10 and 11 of the rim 3 to cover them in contact. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
