The pallet has two runners (1a, 1b) and a pallet deck with rungs (4, 4a, 4b). A cross-cut runner beam (2) has a lower part (2a), two sides (2b, 2c) and a top (2d) that is interconnected with a longitudinal beam to which two rungs (4a, 4b) are interconnected. The interconnection is obtained through welding operation. One end of the each runner is connected with an end of the runner beam.
