The vehicle has a vehicle fuselage based on a sports motor boat whose front and rear wheels are pivotable. The front wheels are each guided by a wheel locating damper and spring leg and a lower wishbone. The force required to displace the respective pivoting devices for the 4 wheels is so low that a displacement by hand without any external force, including if the vehicle is raised by lowering the wheels. All pivoting devices are implemented so that pivoting of the wheels into land mode is prevented while a wheel load is acting on the wheels.
