<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output controlling system and its displaying system capable of displaying operating conditions of outputting means such as an image processing apparatus or a printer within a network by function, and easily grasping a condition of each instrument. <P>SOLUTION: An output controlling function is provided in one image processing apparatus 1 within the network. The image processing apparatus 1 has I/F21 receiving status information of each image processing apparatus, an input data processing part 23 recognizing data received by I/F21 and transmitting them to a control part 26, a storing part 25 storing a screen form for classifying and displaying a plurality of the image processing apparatuses on every function, a control part 26 for processing status information transmitted from the input data processing part 23 and displaying the status of each image processing apparatus on a displaying part 27 based on the screen form, and the displaying part 27 for displaying data processed by the control part 26.
