<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic-wave transducer array changing an oscillation frequency into a broad band and to provide a manufacturing method for the transducer array. <P>SOLUTION: Each of the ultrasonic-wave transducer array is represented by a plurality of ultrasonic-wave transducers containing piezoelectric material layers 13 in which first electrodes 12 and second electrodes 14 are formed to mutually opposed first surfaces 10a and second surfaces 10b respectively. The transducer array contains a plurality of the ultrasonic-wave transducers 10 having inclinations in the second surfaces 10b to the first surfaces 10a and fillers 11 arranged among a plurality of the ultrasonic-wave transducers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
