<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adequately connect an antenna to an IC chip having electrodes on its both faces. <P>SOLUTION: In an antenna-equipped IC chip (13), antenna chips (17 and 18) are connected to the electrodes (14 and 15), respectively, which are formed on both faces of an IC chip (16). In this case, an insulating film (21) is formed on a surface (18a) at the electrode side of one (18) of the antenna chips. Electrical conductivity between the antenna chips is adequately prevented even if the antenna chips contact with each other or a conductive adhesive, which connects the antenna chips to the electrodes, exudes from the electrodes to adhere to the antenna chips. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
