<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the responsiveness (acceleration feelings) felt by a driver without increasing the costs and the weight of a prime mover (motor), and to realize vehicular driving force control which can be easily controlled by the driver. <P>SOLUTION: When an acceleration request from the driver is received, a time constant setting part 81 and a loss time setting part 82 set a time constant and a loss time on the basis of (static) target driving force set, corresponding to the request from the driver or an accelerator operation amount and output them. A dynamic characteristic response generating part 83 sets the dynamic characteristics of a vehicle from the time constant and the loss time and calculates the target driving force with the dynamic characteristics, by which the set dynamic characteristics of the vehicle can be obtained, with respect to the target driving force.
