PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent galvanic corrosion of the surface of a knuckle 3' by foreign matter such as rain water intruding into a part between the surfaces of the light alloy-made knuckle 3' and a steel made outer ring 6' making contact with each other or approaching facing each other. SOLUTION: The part between the surfaces of the light alloy-made knuckle 3' and the steel-made outer ring 6' is hermetically sealed by blocking both end parts of the part respectively with sealing rubber 31 and an O ring 32. Intrusion of the foreign matter such as rain water into this part is prevented and constitution of a local battery in this part is prevented by adopting this constitution.
