PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-frequency power amplifier circuit having a good output linearity, capable of transmission in an open loop system having a good efficiency at low output. SOLUTION: The high-frequency power amplifier circuit of the open loop system enables a signal output having a level corresponding to a required output level, by controlling a supply voltage of an output power FET based on an output-level control signal. A bias voltage generator circuit (222) is provided for generating a gate bias voltage of the output power FET, according to the output voltage of a power supply control circuit (221) for controlling the supply voltage of the output power FET based on the output-level control signal.
