PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diversity antenna capable of receiving radio waves with three-dimensionally distributed electric fields. SOLUTION: The diversity antenna comprises antenna elements 11-14 arranged in the positive directions DR1, DR2, DR3 of the axes x, y, z, and the negative direction DR4 of the axis z, respectively. The first antenna element has a higher sensitivity than those for the electric fields in the y-axis and z-axis directions. The second antenna element has a higher sensitivity than those for the electric fields in the x-axis and z-axis directions. The third antenna element has a higher sensitivity than those for the electric fields in the x-axis and y-axis directions. The fourth antenna element has a sensitivity for the electric field in the opposite direction to the electric field for which one of the first to third antenna elements has sensitivity.
