PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grounded emitter circuit being integrated in an IC and capable of removing an image through simple circuitry. SOLUTION: The grounded emitter circuit 61 comprises a transistor 3, a first impedance circuit 2, and a second impedance circuit 1. The transistor 3 is NPN type and has a base serving as the input terminal 6 of the grounded emitter circuit 61, an emitter grounded to GND5 through the second impedance circuit 1, and a collector connected with a reference voltage source 4 through the first impedance circuit 2 and serving as the output terminal 7 of the grounded emitter circuit 61.
