PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of an intercom call unit capable of being installed to a guardrail pipe or on a floor of a toilet or the like for a physically handicapped person, allowing the physically handicapped person to be able to make a calling operation without the need for changing its body's posture, and coping with various installation environments. SOLUTION: In the fitting structure of the intercom call unit IP having a substantially rectangular solid housing 1 for incorporating a board with a call switch mounted thereon and a call button 11 deposited in the housing at its maximum area face Ma and used to depress the switch, a hanger 2 including a hook 22 used to hook the intercom call unit to the guardrail pipe P of the toilet or the like for a physically handicapped person is fitted to an end face Mi of the housing in its length direction. Further, a floor mount stabilizing stand 3 is fitted to a lower face side of the intercom call unit.
