PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent disconnection of lead wiring at a bending part, in a flexible board provided with the bending part that is bent by about 180°for use. SOLUTION: The flexible board 10A is bent by about 180°along a folding line A-A and is provided with a connection electrode 13 that is connected with a terminal 31 of an EL panel 30, for example. It is also provided with a reinforcing material 15 that is integrally formed inside to reinforce the bending strength, when it is bent along the folding line A-A so that lead wiring 11b to the connection electrode 13 can be prevented from being disconnected.
