PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric charge transportation type varnish having uniform filmforming property free from flocculate of material and providing excellent EL element property, i.e. low driving voltage, high luminous efficiency and long life, by using specially in OLED element and PLED element, an electric charge transportation thin film and an organic electroluminescent element. SOLUTION: The present invention provides an electric charge transportation varnish made by dissolving or dispersing electric charge transportation type oligomer, e.g. oligo-aniline or the like, and organic acid having noncrystalline property in at least one kind of organic solvent. the electric charge transportation thin film using the varnish and the organic electroluminescent element.
