PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control valve capable of controlling to suitably carry out moving operation in a normal direction, moving operation in an opposite direction, position keeping operation in any operating position, and returning operation to a neutral operating position. SOLUTION: The control valve is structured to be in a state connecting one normal direction output port OP1 to an input port IP and connecting the other opposite direction output port OP2 to a discharging port DP, when a spool 37 urged to return to a neutral position is moved to a normal direction output position. The control valve is also structured to be in a state connecting the opposite direction output port to the input port and connecting the normal direction output port to the discharging port, when the spool is moved to the opposite direction output position. The pair of the output ports is connected to the discharging port at the neutral position, and the pair of the output ports is in a state that is not connected to any of the input port and the discharging port at each of a normal direction keeping position between the neutral position and the normal direction output position and an opposite direction keeping position between the neutral position and the opposite direction output position.
