PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound-proof engine driven working machine, having reduced weight and size preventing various inconveniences with the degradation of adhesiveness to other articles. SOLUTION: The sound-proof engine driven working machine 1 has an engine driven working machine body stored in a sound-proof case 10 and installed in the state of being adhered to other articles B. The sound-proof case has a bottom face portion 11, side face portions 12-15 encircling the four peripheries of the bottom face portion and an upper face portion 16 closing the upper part. At least one face of the bottom face portion, the side face portions and the upper face portion is formed as an adhered face to the other articles and an opening portion 40 is formed over all region of at least one adhered face.
