PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing box comprising a paper-made sheet material such as a corrugated cardboard box which can be efficiently abandoned and recycled while the strength against a load is kept for a long period. SOLUTION: The packing box is constituted by that a paper-made buckling preventing member 21 for preventing a buckling in the gravity direction is placed in a bag 23 comprising a moistureproof sheet such as a resin film, and the opening of the bag 23 is bound with a string or the like to make a moistureproofed buckling preventing member 20, and this is arranged at least at a diagonal position in a box formed into a three-dimensional shape by folding the paper-made sheet material including a corrugated cardboard board.
