PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharge head and a liquid discharge device wherein a manufacturing process is simplified by reducing the number parts by designing the shape of a channel in place of fine drilling or fine grooving and the liquid discharge accuracy is improved. SOLUTION: A supply side channel 54A is made a labyrinth structure so as to ensure that the channel resistance of the supply side channel 54A is nearly equal to the channel resistance of a discharge side channel 51B. Since the aperture of a supply hole 54 can be increased, high accuracy processing is no longer required and a discharge performance and a refilling performance can be secured. Furthermore, by making the supply side channel 54A a labyrinth structure, the supply side channel 54A can be compactly formed. Specifically, by making an ink chamber unit 53 into a laminated structure in which thin plate members are laminated to each other, only one thing required is to form a groove intended to be the supply side channel 54A on a supply side channel plate 108 forming a laminate.
