PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hatch cover device capable of providing a wide hatch opening part in an opening and closing structure of a hatch cover to open the hatch opening part by moving sideways. SOLUTION: The hatch cover device 20 is furnished with the hatch cover 21 to close the hatch opening part 11 and a driving mechanism 30, the hatch cover 21 is divided into a side part cover 22L, a central cover 22C and a side part cover 22R, they are connected to each other by dog bolts 23, the hatch cover 21 is set in a divided state into two pieces left and right by disconnecting either of the side covers 22L, 22R and the central cover 22C, and each of them is constituted to open the hatch opening part 11 by moving it to the side by driving motor units 32L, 32R of the driving mechanism 30.
