PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To bring a bicomponent room temperature-curing polyorganosiloxane composition to be properly adjusted in the compounding ratio of a main ingredient and a crosslinking ingredient depending on use of an automatic mixing and discharging machine or the like without reducing characteristics such as curability in a deep part, uniformity of curing, preservation stability and the like. SOLUTION: The composition is the bicomponent room temperature curing polyorganosiloxane composition prepared by compounding (A) a main agent composition with (B) a crosslinking agent composition. The composition (A) comprises (a1) a polyorganosiloxane having hydroxyl groups or alkoxy groups on molecular terminals and (a2) an inorganic filler. The component (B) comprises (b1) an organic silicon compound having≥3 hydrolyzable groups in one molecule, (b2) a polyorganosiloxane containing≥5 mole% aryl group and/or an aralkyl group in one molecule, having no hydroxyl group or hydrolyzable group and having viscosity less than that of the component (a1), and (b3) a curing catalyst.
