PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily check whether all video signals are normal by reducing the number of times of performing a checking operation accompanying a preview displaying or determining operation. SOLUTION: A first recorder first records an inputted video signal, other recorders record video signals recorded therein at least once, and video signals recorded in all the recorders are lastly displayed or determined.
