<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute processing corresponding to authority to transmit alterable data at the time of transmitting electronic data to achieve improvement related to alternation prevention. <P>SOLUTION: This document transmission control method comprises a step to analyze image data, and to specify the storage place of electronic data, a step to execute user authentication, a step to specify the electronic data of a document, and to designate the transmission destination of the electronic data, a step to refer to the storage place of the electronic data from the analytic result, a step to judge whether or not the authenticated user has authority to perform access to the electronic data, a step to judge whether or not it is possible to transmit alterable electronic data when the user has the access authority, a step to select the alterable electronic data when it is possible to transmit the alterable electronic data, a step to select unalterable electronic data when it is judged that it is impossible to transmit the alterable electronic data and a step to transmit the selected electronic data to predetermined transmission destination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
