<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove aldehydes and inorganic salts from alcoholic beverages such as fermented liquor, distilled liquor, while leaving a peculiar flavor in which a unique fragrance strongly remains. <P>SOLUTION: An alcoholic beverage 20 is passed through an HSO<SB>3</SB>type strongly basic anion exchange resin layer 14, and then through a mixed bed layer 18 of an H type strongly acidic cation exchange resin and a free base type weakly basic anion exchange resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
