<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform effective information provision to a user using an IC card type commuter ticket having a prepaid function allowing use of an automatic ticket examination device even in a section except a commuter ticket section. <P>SOLUTION: A computer decides whether exiting from a ticket examination station except the commuter ticket section or not, on the basis of a user identifier, the commuter ticket section, an identifier of the ticket examination station, and an identifier of entrance/exit received from the ticket examination device. When the computer decides that it satisfies conditions thereof, the computer retrieves departure time information about the ticket examination station on the basis of operation information of transportation, and notifies a user contact destination of the departure time information in notification time advanced from departure time by a prescribed time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
